Excitement is building in the National 12 Class, with just under 4 weeks to go until the start of Burton Week 2013 hosted by Brixham Yacht Club (25th-28th May). We're looking forward to 4 days of competitive championship racing and some great socials including a BBQ, boat trip, fancy dress and band night and of course our annual Burton Dinner. Early entry discount of only £100 runs until 7th May so get your entry in the post this week! You can download your entry form at www.national12.org/burtonweek/2013

On the water the competition is hotting up and it will be interesting to see which crews and N12 designs come to the fore. The last couple of Burton Weeks have been dominated by the Jo Richards designed Dead Cat Bounce, but will this continue? This year we will see the new Hijack design from David Hollom at Burton Week for the first time and a number of older boats have been given new foils and are flying – watch this space!

If you still need some pre-Burton Week practice, get down to Salcombe this bank holiday weekend for the second Gul series event of the year.

If you're looking for a helm, crew or even a boat email and we should be able to match you up.
