Take part in the Boxing Day Bash at Budworth Sailing Club

Sailors from across the North West are welcome to come down and join us for our traditional and festive Boxing Day Bash here at Budworth Sailing Club, with all proceeds donated to the RNLI. So shake off the Christmas lethargy, cure that hangover and come and join us for two Handicap races with the first race scheduled to start at 12 noon with a briefing at 1130. The day will complete with the Prize giving allowing everyone to get away in good time before the winter night sets in.

  • Junior Single Handed - £5
  • Junior Double Handed - £10
  • Adult Single Handed - £7
  • Adult Double Handed - £15

23 retirees who cannot think of a better way to spend a Tuesday It was a wonderful day at the beautiful Budworth Sailing Club in Cheshire, where the super friendly Borders Series Open Meeting was held on 3 September. Contrary to the forecast, the fleet had great wind and sun for all four races Contrary to the forecast of "No Wind" the nine visitors travelling to Budworth, from as far as West Riding SC, and home fleet, were rewarded with a pleasant westerly Force 2 to 3 and full sunshine for all four races.
