Founded in 1972 with eighteen original members, the Tuscaloosa Sailing Club has developed into an excellent facility for enjoying the sport of sailing. The Club has a 2,000 square foot clubhouse, with fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, lockers for equipment and on-site boat storage. Members may also enjoy the pavilions, picnic grounds, boat launches and docks.
The Sailing Club is located off U.S. Highway 43, just east of the entrance of Binion Creek and Lake Tuscaloosa and is comprised of approximately 6 acres, directly adjacent to the lake.
