Henri Lloyd’s heritage in the marine footwear industry has produced the some of the most innovative and highest quality marine footwear available to date.
Correct footwear selection can make a huge difference to a sailor’s comfort and performance; this is vital for the wearer’s confidence, safety and agility on board.
Henri Lloyd’s footwear range is designed with performance and comfort in mind, using the latest materials and innovative designs combined with quality and detailed construction required for the varied sailing conditions. All the structural components within the footwear design have been selected for their low moisture absorption, fast drying, fast draining and strong grip/non slip properties, resulting in a range with new and innovative features, which deliver optimum performance, fit and sports footwear comfort.
The Henri Lloyd Ocean Extreme Boot was introduced into the range in 2008 and they have been evolved from the critically acclaimed Extreme Deck Boot. The new Ocean Extreme Boot offers the same high level of comfort and durability, but has the additional feature of an enhanced fitted shaft which offers increased protection against water influx. The boots also feature a Dri-Lex® and Outlast® lining, which provides a high wicking, breathable and temperature regulating lining, therefore maintaining your comfort zone for a longer period of time. The boot also features our new outsole, which has been designed to offer the highest possible standard of slip resistance to the wearer.
The outsole is constructed from our award winning non-marking siped (razor cut) dual compound moulded rubber outsole which features a sticky rubber compound providing maximum multi-directional grip on the deck. The outsole also features interconnecting water dispersal channels which reduces the possibility of aquaplaning when the decks are covered in water and offers the highest possible standard of slip resistance. An additional feature is a pull tag on the back of the boot, which also acts as a name tag.
The boot is available from size 3 – 12 and retails at £160.
