Seldén Mast announce Hamble River service network

Seldén Mast are pleased to announce the addition of two new centres to their service network in the South of the UK.

The service centres will be located at either end of the sailable River Hamble, with SMR operating from Premier’s Swanwick Marina and HYS from their own facility in Port Hamble. The two companies will service their respective marinas for the complete range of Selden product, including aluminium & carbon spars, rigging, furlers and deck hardware, as well as jointly meeting the increasing demands for service on the river, and the surrounding area.

SMR and HYS are no strangers to the wonderful world of rigging, with collective experience including many years of mast and rigging expertise, and experience of the Selden product range.

SMR (Southern Masts & Rigging), is an established Selden centre in Brighton, and now takes on the newly formed Regional Centre roll on the River Hamble, servicing both yacht owners and trade customers within Southampton and the surrounding Lymington area. Following from their proven and successful customer relationship business regime, the new offices at Swanwick will be an extension of Mike Stevens’ and SMR’s business ethos. Fronting SMR’s new Hamble unit will be established Selden agents Bob Bowers and Steve Brokway, a formidable pairing and established partnership that have a complete understanding of masts, rigging and the Selden product range.
