All set at Ballyholme Yacht Club ahead of Irish Topper nats

Members of the RYA NI Squad at Ballyholme Yacht Club training last Saturday. They are helping launch the Irish Topper Nationals at Ballyholme YC on 8-10th July supported by North Down Borough Council Tourism. The event expects to attract over 120 Toppers with the full RYA GB Squad travelling over to the event.

The RYA GB squad arrive for training next Tuesday in a bid to reverse the result at the UK Inland Youth Nationals (Eric Twiname trophy) where Tim Brow from Ballyholme won the event and the Northern Ireland RYA squad was the leading Topper team. The Irish squad arrive this weekend (1st - 3rd July) for training with Open training sessions available for all on 6th and 7th July.

The predicted 30 knots did not appear at Wroxham Broad Well, if the weather forecast could've pulled off a stand-up comedy routine, it would've been a hit.
