Abersoch Dinghy Week countdown

by SCYC Press Office 19 Jul 2011 09:19 BST 25-30 July 2011

It's now just five days to the start of the 2011 Abersoch Dinghy Week, registration starts on Saturday 23rd July.

The first race will be on Sunday morning. Most single handed classes are off in the morning, with double crewed in the afternoon. A special kids fleet also launches each morning, with this year the up and coming RS Teras joining the traditional Oppie fleet.

Each evening has entertainment organised starting at around 6.30pm. The fabulous group Elephant Juice will do two separate days of magic music and dancing.

The best combination of super sea sailing and evening entertainment available in Wales this year, and its still not too late to enter.

The Dragon keelboats thought Abersoch was fantastic last week, the Solo class is there now and a number are staying on for Dinghy Week.
