by David Eberlin 18 Oct 2015 19:14 BST 17-18 October 2015

This Weekend has been busy at Notts County Sailing Club, with Race Officer, Windsurfing, Powerboat Instructor training and The Nottingham University team training on Saturday and on Sunday with the summer series penultimate race, generating over 50 entrants along with 12 university craft on the water, it was a little busy both on the water and in the clubroom.

Notts County is known for its friendly outlook and for the high quality on water activity. Our Winter series starts 1st November and visitors are welcome to join in (11am start), running through to 20rth December. Eight Sundays of quality racing with a handicap race & pursuit race. The cost is just £50 for non members for an adult double hander £40 single hander and Junior fees ncsc.org.uk/open-meeetings Thankfully there has been little problem with weed recently after issues earlier on in the season.

Pauline's excellent Breakfast should be available before racing, along with lunchtime food, and of course a bar for after race 'debrief'. We have a strong RS400, laser & Scorpion fleets along with Flying 15s, and a windsurfing fleet (Raceboards).

Contact for information, and we look forward to seeing you.
