The Hong Kong Sailing Federation is pleased to announce the team that will represent Hong Kong at the 2015 ISAF Youth Worlds in Langkawi, Malaysia, 27 Dec 2015 to 3 January 2016.

The ISAF Youth Worlds is known as the pinnacle annual event for sailors under the age of 19 and this year will be the biggest to date with over 80 nations competing, over 350 competitors. With each nation limited to one entry per class the places were hotly contested.

The team includes many who will be taking part in their first Youth Worlds although Yann and Nathan are returnees looking forward to build on their top 10 finish at the 29er Worlds earlier this year. Langkawi is a familiar venue for Nathan, having won a gold medal at the Asian Sailing Championships on these waters.

Warwick Downes, HKSF President commented "we are very proud of the team who are very excited to be competing in this event and we are grateful for the support from EFG, Hong Kong Sailing Federation's sponsor for the Youth Sailing Team.

HKSF's Coaching Director, Richard Knight added "supporting the team will be coaches Winfield Zee, Rory Godman and Fajai Chan Yuk Wah. This will be a valuable experience for all sailors and a stepping-stone to future success."
