Speed Sails have had another very busy and successful year in the Solo fleet. As the various area circuits draw to a close, Speed have had some great results including:

2nd Thames Valley Circuit
Speed sails currently offer three cuts of Solo sails to cater for the Super Spars M7+ and Selden Cumulus mast sections in addition to the C Sleeved and Wavelength / Needlespar masts. These sail & spar combinations cater for all weight ranges of Solo helm. 2005 also marked the launch of the Speed FRP epoxy Solo. Speed Racing Dinghies have been manufacturing World Championship winning FRP hulls in the Enterprise & GP14 classes for over a decade. Using this experience together with the expertise of Rondar boats the new hull proved to be an instant success. In its debut season, the Speed Solo finished 1st & 2nd at the Scottish Nationals and 2nd & 3rd at the Dutch Nationals in addition to over 20 open meeting victories.

In 2006 the Solos return to Lake Garda for the Nations Cup while the UK Nationals will be at Felpham Sailing Club. Speed will be at both events in addition to competing on the various regional circuits.
