If someone said to you, "hey, want to go to Fiji?" you'd most likely respond with, "um... Yes please!!!"

So imagine if the same question was asked, but with the addition of "and sail in the Oceania Laser Master Championship?" Hold the phone, book me a ticket now baby!

Fiji?! Yes please!

Now's your chance to get involved in the first Oceania Laser Master Championship to be held in the Pacific Islands, hosted by the Denarau Yacht Club and with the exceptional support of Fiji Airways and the Sofitel Spa and Resort.

Imagine this... Glistening blue warm water, trade winds with perfection sailing conditions, cocktails and sunsets.

This is an awesome event that Performance Sailcraft Australia is getting behind by providing 100 charter boats that will be available for the event, and of which will then stay in Fiji to support sailing on the island.

There is more involved here than just a sailing regatta for the masters, it's also about boosting the sport in a nation that is fizzing to get involved with sailing and to support and nurture the development of Fijian sailors.

A lot of interest is surrounding the event, but to ensure it all goes ahead, the event needs your entry and charter bookings.

So get online to the official event website, and make your booking!

Round up the sailors from your club and make it an annual event for family and friends. There is nothing better than heading to an island during the grey winter downunder months. Actually... There is one thing better. Add sailing into that mix and you've got yourself a dream holiday.

2018 Oceania Laser Masters Championship:

  • Standard – 13th to 19th October
  • Radials – 20th to 26th October
