Dometic has been selected by leading sailboat brand, Dufour Yachts, as a vendor for the facelift of their high-volume, Grand Large Range, to provide a variety of luxury window covering solutions.

When Dufour Yachts, one of the leading luxury sailboat brands in the world, planned an interior facelift of its popular Grand Large Yacht range, it was important that the window treatments not only function as window coverings, but also provide excellent lighting to compliment the room's stunning interior environment.

Dometic was selected due to the successful installation of Dometic Oceanair Skysol Sheer Blinds in Dufour's Exclusive Range (56' & 63'), and its ability to provide a unique lighting experience, tailoring and optimising the room's atmosphere to the owner's exact needs.

Under the agreement, Dometic has provided a variety of custom window covering solutions for the facelift of Dufour's entire Grand Large Yacht range.

Peter Kruk, President of EMEA at Dometic, says: "This is yet another example of our leadership in creating climate solutions. We're now expanding our business to high volume Grand Large Range. It is important for us to satisfy the customer's needs and expectations and I'm especially happy that our design could support and refresh such a respected, legendary brand as Dufour Yachts."

From the Exclusive Range to the Grand Large Range, Dufour has now chosen to embrace Dometic's window covering solutions as standard, and as a result, the complete Dufour fleet is now fitted with Dometic Oceanair Skysol Sheer Blinds in all Saloons & Cabins.
