Quick Spa, an international leader in the production of nautical equipment, launches the new video on its thruster systems "Quick Thruster Systems - Docking has never been easier".

The video tells how the maneuvering systems by Quick assist the boat owner in all the mooring phases for a comfortable, easy to manage and safe use of the boat.

Quick maneuvering systems offer a product portfolio that includes different types of thrusters and accessories. The thruster can also be used as an active part of the system as it's able to connect simultaneously both to control system and to propulsion motor.

The range inlcudes different models, guaranteeing maximum thrust performance from 25 to 1000 kgf, for boats up to about 150 feet.

Designed to be installed both on bow and stern thanks to the suitable tunnels wich allow the two different installations, thrusters are available either with electric motor for fixed installation (BTQ model) and in retractable version (BTR model) or with hydraulic motor (BTH model).

The retractable thrusters (BTR model) are equipped with electromechanical systems which allows the propeller at rest to befitted inside the hull preserving the boat's fluid dynamic efficiency during navigation. They are suitable both for bow and for stern installation.

Brushless proportional thrusters (BT DC-AC model) do not need engine maintenance. Designed for a prolonged use, they are silent and installed on the boats of the most important builders in the word.

The video also highlights how the use of thrusters control systems such as joysticks, remote controls and QNN, is able to make life on board easier and even more user friendly. Designed, engineered and produced in the Italian Headquarters, they are synonymous of attention to details typical of the Made in Italy.

"We have expanded our historic range with models of maneuvering propellers for small boats and with models for larger boats - comments Michele Marzucco, President & CEO at Quick SpA. This is the clear sign that the today boating sector must be able to embrace the needs of an increasing shipowner audience, which rewards technology and innovation but also the ability to respond to targeted and irrefutable needs and requirements."
