There are helms looking for crews or you can borrow a National 12 for Burton Week (and the reduced Entry Fee is available until 25th July).

There are just five weeks left until the start of Burton Week 2021. The event is running from 27th - 30th August at Shoreham Sailing Club. At the moment there are a number of helms looking for crews and also a number of boats looking for helms!

If you know anyone who would like to crew or someone who would like to sail but needs to borrow a boat, please get in touch with George Finch, email chair@national12.org and we will match up helms, crews and boats.

U21 helm entry remains at just £45 - a bargain for 4 days of championship sailing on the South Coast in a highly competitive fleet.

The event is sponsored by Allen Sailing and is part of the Dinghy Shack National 12 Series. As always, there a prizes available throughout the fleet including juniors, newcomers, lady helms, N12s without T-Foil Rudders, Admirals Cup N12s, Vintage N12s, Married Couples... You do not need the latest N12 to enjoy Burton Week. In 2019, 5 different N12 designs all managed a top 5 placing in at least one race across the four days.

There is on-site camping available, and some accommodation still available on airbnb. In the evenings there will be the Burton Dinner, team games on the beach and can guarantee a warm reception from the bar at Shoreham Sailing Club.

Full details about Burton Week 2021 and online entry available at www.national12.org/burtonweek/2021/index.html

The N12 Class looks forward to seeing you all at Shoreham.
