TecnoRib, licensee of the PIRELLI brand for inflatable boats, makes its debut at the largest and most important U.S. boat show to exhibit the PIRELLI 42, the first model in the revolutionary Walkarounds line that continues to gather support.

A perfect representation of the new direction taken by the shipyard, PIRELLI 42 inherits its characteristics and becomes a symbol of power, speed and adrenaline, along with navigation safety and refined design. Designed in collaboration with the Swedish firm Mannerfelt Design Team, it offers sleek, flowing lines, space and performance that exceeds 60 knots. The example on display at the show will feature three powerful Mercury Racing outboards of 450 horsepower each, for a total output of 1350 HP.

TecnoRib makes its debut in the United States, choosing the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the world's largest boat show, for its christening on the American market, where it will exhibit the PIRELLI 42, predecessor of the Walkarounds line, equipped with three powerful Mercury Racing 450 outboard engines for a total power output of 1350 HP.

Designed in collaboration with the Swedish firm Mannerfelt Design Team, which has long been a point of reference in the world of racing boats and now a historic partner of TecnoRib, PIRELLI 42 is now joined by two other models, the PIRELLI 35 and PIRELLI 50.

It is one of the models that best represents the philosophy of the shipyard that designs and produces inflatable boats by PIRELLI, a name synonymous with power and elegance worldwide. The aggressive look of the boat with refined details created by Ted Mannerfelt to give the impression of fast movement even when stationary and features surprisingly ample space on board. It also offers performance in excess of 60 knots, and excellent seaworthiness in all conditions.

The CEO and Director of Design of the firm founded by his father, Ocke, said, "I worked with my team to respect Pirelli's DNA so that it was recognizable. We sought to enrich the sporty soul of the boat, which is inherent in the PIRELLI brand, with sleek and elegant lines. Significant attention was given to areas marked for relaxation. It rides smoothly, and its performance is remarkable."

Intended for versatile use, daily cruising or even as a shadow boat for superyachts, this model best interprets the evolution of the Italian shipyard's style and philosophy. At 42 feet long by 13.1 ft wide, it provides on-board comfort with two sun loungers and a spacious lounge area with an outdoor table. As the name of the range implies, it features a continuous, uninterrupted walkway that allows movement with great ease: the bow sundeck is positioned on the deckhouse, and the far end of the bow offers a linear settee facing aft, and the peak of the anchor with its winch. The captain and co-captain station is protected by the windshield that becomes one with the T-Top. The lower deck offers a convertible dinette and a generously sized bathroom.

The planing hull with longitudinal skids and double-stepped hull combines the highest degree of stability and safety with exceptional performance. Owners are given a choice of different motor options, either diesel or gasoline, depending on the speeds desired to reach. The boat on display at the show has a triple Mercury Racing engines with 450 horsepower each, specifically designed to achieve unprecedented performance and power with the best power-to-weight ratio in the segment in a compact format. These engines offer a top speed that exceeds 60 knots.

"The North and Central American market is amongst the best to see the strengths of this range, in which we strongly believe," said Gianni De Bonis, CEO of Sacs Tecnorib. "Not only is the PIRELLI brand well known and loved, but American boat owners will appreciate the PIRELLI 42 for its ability to move quickly and safely from one hot spot to another in a variety of weather conditions, along with its extremely comfortable external area for spending time outside. All three models in this line, which will soon be joined by the 30, can also be used as shadow boats of the many megayachts in American waters."

TecnoRib will be at stand FG15 at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from October 26 to 30
