No races were completed at the 2023 ILCA 6 Masters World Championships, hosted by the Royal Varuna Yacht Club, due to lack of wind. Dark clouds took over the morning sky before a two-hour rainstorm left the area without any wind for the rest of the day. The optimistic race committee waited on water for any sign of wind before they called it a day at 14:35.

Results remain the same as Day 4. The first warning signal for the final day tomorrow will be at 12:00, an earlier start time to allow the possibility of three races instead of just the two scheduled races. The prize-giving ceremony will be held after racing in the evening.

Principal sponsor Idemitsu is a long-term partner to the Royal Varuna Yacht Club, its contribution part of its impressive CSR program. The Singha Corporation joins as co-sponsor, continuing a long-standing relationship that stretches back to the 1970s. Supporting sponsors include Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, Coca-Cola, Element Six Evolution, The Pizza Company, Bonchon, and UF.

Organizing partners are the Royal Varuna Yacht Club, the Yacht Racing Association of Thailand and the ILCA. Strategic partners include Pattaya City, the Sports Authority of Thailand, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
