NZMOA's flagship event for 2023 is designed to equip and inform your management teams to understand and be informed about best international practice, emerging products and innovations, and to learn from the successes of others. With local and international speakers, the return of master of ceremonies Philip Wardale, numerous great topics, two dinners and nine incredible site visits.

Highlights of the three-day program

The conference program is now finalised. Highlights include the first ever NZMOA Trade Show with 15+ industry exhibitors, a friendly welcome from Auckland Mayor Wayne BrownTony Gardner of Archtype returns to inform you about managing teams to get optimal outcomes for your business, marina or boatyard. Darren Vaux, ICOMIA will speak on industry decarbonisation, smart marinas, changing customer trends. Big panel discussions include: Innovation in product design. How marina managers make investment decisions. Social media or not? Marina accreditations. Climate resilience. Industry training. Advanced approaches to Health and Safety. Pressing legal topics.
