Undine finds a new custodian

by Australian Wooden Boat Festival 1 Jun 2024 21:45 BST

Undine our recently restored Derwent Class yacht has been sold! Kettering Yacht Club Commodore, Mick Hawes, has taken her on, and she is now set to compete for many more years against her D Class rivals.

She was spotted recently sailing in the Derwent Class Regatta, hosted by the Derwent Sailing Squadron. Colleen Darcey kindly sent us this picture.

We are so excited to have Undine stay in Kettering, and look forward to seeing her out on the water more often!

Congratulations Mick.
