The Royal Navy flagship HMS Queen Elizabeth sailed up the Solent to give the Royal Yacht Squadron a six gun salute during Cowes Week on her way into her home base of Portsmouth following four months of repairs in Scotland.

Top yachting photographer Ingrid Abery was on hand to capture the moment.
