Northrop & Johnson, a leader in the global yachting industry, is pleased to announce the promotion of Cromwell Littlejohn to the position of President & Chief Commercial Officer. This strategic advancement follows the recent promotion of Daniel Ziriakus to Group COO & Executive VP of the MarineMax Superyacht Division.

Cromwell Littlejohn has been a driving force at Northrop & Johnson since joining the firm in 2015. With a robust background that includes experience as a sales broker at Merle Wood & Associates and a yacht captain, Crom's diverse expertise has been pivotal in shaping the company's commercial success. Born and raised in Florida, Crom's deep-rooted understanding of the marine industry has been instrumental in his achievements at Northrop & Johnson.

Crom began his tenure at Northrop & Johnson as a sales and charter broker, and his contributions were quickly recognized. In April 2017, he was appointed Commercial Director, a role in which he excelled by steering the company's commercial divisions toward unprecedented growth. Under his leadership, the charter sector, in particular, has seen exponential expansion, further solidifying Northrop & Johnson's position as a leader in the industry.

As President and Chief Commercial Officer, Crom will be responsible for driving Northrop & Johnson's overall growth and strategic direction while continuing to oversee the global commercial teams. This expanded role will enable him to leverage his expertise to propel the company's success and innovation in a highly competitive market.

"At the end of the day, my goal continues to be improving the services N&J offers clients while providing our commercial divisions the latest and greatest in tools, technology and marketing to provide nothing but extraordinary."

Northrop & Johnson is renowned for its exceptional suite of services, including Yacht Sales and Purchase, New Construction, Charter, Charter Marketing, Yacht Management, Crew Placement, Insurance, and Finance worldwide. Additionally, through its affiliation with the MarineMax umbrella, Northrop & Johnson offers unparalleled access to berthing and more. The company's unique ability to bundle these services into a comprehensive program, accessible with just one phone call, sets it apart in the yachting sector.

"Crom's promotion to N&J President & Chief Commercial Officer is well deserved. Throughout the years, Crom has provided the Northrop & Johnson team with extraordinary professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. He is an integral part of N&J's growth and success, and we are excited for the next chapter with Crom at the helm of N&J," says Daniel Ziriakus, Group COO & Executive VP of the MarineMax Superyacht Division.

In his new role, Crom is eager to enhance the synergy between Northrop & Johnson's various departments to foster improved communication and seamless client service. His vision is to integrate and streamline operations to ensure that Northrop & Johnson continues to deliver top-tier service and innovative solutions to its clients worldwide.
