X-Yachts is excited to present the Gold Cup Festival 2025!

The Gold Cup returns with a new and more modern concept in Haderslev June 6-8th where it all started. We name it The X-Yachts Gold Cup Festival, and it will still feature competitive sailing, but this time with extended focus on social activities and a new class for a broader audience.

Being an X-Yacht owner opens a lot of opportunities. One recurring and ever-growing theme is the social aspect, and that's why we introduce the new festival concept along with the usual racing classes.

Race Classes

One of the new offers is the CHAMPAGNE CLASS, and with that we are meeting the many owners who don't want to miss the fun but prefer a more relaxed level of racing without need for measuring certificates. And yes - champagne will be served on each boat right after the finish line.

The two other classes will basically remain unchanged. Racing probably with an extra touch this year, thanks to five new XR 41 crews who have already announced their participation.

And the ever-popular Family Class most like with a more family friendly setup. We are still working on the final details of the classes and expect to share them on our website in the middle of January 2025.

Festival activities

In addition to the daily sailing, the festival will also feature live music, cocktail parties, a gala dinner, and the inevitable storytelling when happy sailors meet after a good and sunny day on the water.

With the new concept we are adapting to our X-Owners needs and we are thrilled to see as many of you as possible at Gold Cup Festival 2025. Save the dates 6-8th June!
