From March 13th to 16th, JK Delfin will be organizing the Full Moon Sailing Spectacle Croatia 2025, featuring two ORC regattas:

Full Moon Night Sprint Pula (9 nm)
Full Moon Day Race Pula - Mali Lošinj (42 nm)

The Full Moon Sailing Spectacle is our largest sailing event and one of the most significant sailing competitions in Croatia. Last year, we had 120 participating sailboats, and this year, we anticipate a similar turnout, with participants from Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Netherlands, Slovakia, Germany and Italy.

The Delfin Sailing Club (JK Delfin) from Pula, Croatia, actively promotes sailing on cruiser-type sailboats. Throughout the year, we organize and coorganize 10 regattas, and over the past two years, we have been fostering ORC competition among Croatian sailors. We are also the founders of the Istrian Cruiser League - ARGONAUT CUP, a regional championship held in collaboration with sailing clubs across Istria. The Argonaut Cup consists of 11 cruiser regattas annually, and for the past three years, all participating regattas have been ORC-based. The main winners of the Argonaut Cup are determined from ORC competitors. The ORC winner of Argonaut league in 2024 was me, SANJA VALE CUPIC with IKIGAI Sailing Boat / B. Match Race 35.

The Full Moon Sailing Spectacle officially opens the annual navigation regatta season in the northern Adriatic. The Full Moon Night Sprint Pula and Full Moon Day Race Pula - Mali Lošinj are also the first two regattas of the Argonaut Cup.

This four-day event is more than just a competition—YC Delfin, in partnership with sponsors, organizes concerts, educational programs, cultural events, and gastronomic experiences, attracting a broader audience while promoting sailing as a way of life.

During the Full Moon Sailing Spectacle, we expect 2,000 visitors to attend our programs and a minimum of 500 participating sailors.
