The 14th edition of the Superyacht Challenge Antigua has attracted ten magnificent superyachts for the exclusive and exhilarating regatta to be held from 5th-9th March 2025.

The event combines world-class racing with a relaxed, social atmosphere, emphasizing fun and friendly competition. There is no overall winner, the highly prized Gosnell Trophy is awarded to the yacht which competed in the Spirit of the Regatta as voted for by the competing yachts and the race committee.

The Superyacht Challenge Antigua is not just about competition—it's about celebrating the sheer joy of sailing in one of the most iconic yachting destinations in the world.

The German Frers 140ft (42m) ketch Rebecca is captained by Seumas Meharg with Mike Toppa as tactician. This will be Rebecca's eighth regatta and she has won the Gosnell Trophy on two occasions; 2019 and 2022. The Superyacht Challenge Antigua logo depicts Rebecca under full sail.

John McMonigall's Oyster 82 Zig Zag is captained by Carl Raynes with Laura Dillon as tactician. This will be Zig Zag's ninth regatta in a row, including winning The Gosnell Trophy in 2023 and in 2020. Zig Zag is the smallest yacht at the regatta but renowned for racing as hard as any of the largest yachts in the fleet, as well as partying very competitively as well!

The 148ft (45m) Dubois sloop Gitana will be captained by Greg Wilson with Mitch Booth as tactician. Gitana will be one of the fastest boats in the 2025 Superyacht Challenge Antigua. This will be Gitana's second regatta, having last competed in 2023.

Two Swan 90s will renew their friendly but fierce rivalry from last year.

Don Macpherson's Swan 90 (27.5m) Freya, is captained by Joph Carter with Kimo Worthington as tactician. Freya will be taking part in her fourth regatta. Freya has made the podium on all four occasions and won the Corsairs Class last year.
