Historic dinghies from all over Italy, music and culture will draw together on Lake Massaciuccoli for the 2nd "Le Vele Classiche di Puccini" this April.
Here is the complete program of the second edition of "Le Vele Classiche di Puccini", the only gathering for vintage boats to the music of Maestro Giacomo Puccini scheduled for 26 and 27 April 2025 in Torre del Lago, Tuscany on Lake Massaciuccoli.
Anyone will have access to admire the exhibition of the participating boats, attend conferences on the history of sailing and the restoration of wooden boats, sign up for the boat trip, vote for "La Fanciulla di Puccini", listen to the sunset concert with the arias of the famous composer and visit his house-museum.
The two scheduled regattas will be open to dinghies, Metric Classes, fixed keel and lateen sail boats, cabin cruisers, fiberglass and historically valuable boats built before 1980 and replicas of classic and vintage sails that respect the spirit of tradition. Register now.

4:30 p.m.: Presentation "Sailing Through Time: The History of Sailing Boats from 1800 to Today" by Alex Mazzoni and Ferdinando Zanoletti
6:30 p.m.: Sunset concert among the boats by violinist Ester Saccenti and pianist Piotr Yanchuk
