Come and try for yourself...

Interest is growing in the UK for the VX One. In between the inclement weather we've managed to start racing the 'VX' with dinghies – the provisional PY has slid down to around 840 – much to the amazement of some twin trapeze dinghies we're racing around the course with! Measuring is underway by the RORC rating office for a One Design IRC rating – we're looking forward to joining in the summer yacht regattas.

Our 2014 calendar is filling up culminating in class racing events later in the season. Moulds have been made by Ovington Boats and shipped 'down under' so fellow Olympic boat builders Mackay Boats can build VX's to satisfy the southern hemisphere market. This is going to be a truly International class with established fleets already in Australia and the USA. Efficient shipping logistics were thought of from the start – 6 boats can be shipped in a 40' container.

A Yachts & Yachting test led by Rupert Holmes is in the latest edition of the magazine – well worth a read – time to pick up a copy!
