Desperately seeking Bosses
by John Shelton 23 Mar 2006 15:17 GMT
Following a successful Dinghy Show this year, there are several prospective Boss sailors looking for second-hand boats to sail.
This resurgence of interest has been triggered by the realisation that you can get up and running with a fast but stable twin-wire skiff for a very reasonable outlay. The Boss now features masthead kite for electric downhill speed, and the carbon hull ensures longevity and easy handling both on and off the water.
If you have a Boss lurking in the garage, or loitering in the dinghy park, and you want to sell, put in in the Yachts & Yachting classifieds, and make someone happy.
This www.bossracing.co.uk website will shortly be updated with the video that sparked so much interest at Ally Pally, so check back soon! And don't forget the Boss Nationals, this year being held at Hayling Island at the end of May.
