The Lendy Cowes Week Official Charity - 1851 Trust

The 1851 Trust is delighted to once again be the official charity for Lendy Cowes Week 2019. They are looking forward to meeting competitors and supporters alike during the week and will be based on The Parade throughout the Regatta.

The 1851 Trust are continuing to innovate and inspire through their work with young people both locally and nationally. They make a difference to the lives of young people through their unique and engaging programmes across education and sailing. As the Official Charity of INEOS TEAM UK, they use Britain's America's Cup challenge to get children, who may have never considered sailing as a sport, out on the water; alongside taking science out of the textbooks and into real-life applications inspired by sport.

There will be lots of ways to get involved and support the 1851 Trust during Lendy Cowes Week and you can start by making a donation with your yacht entry.
