After being the 1st Australian at the recent 2020 505 Australian Championship, the team of David Snoad & Robin Duessin (SA) have donated their 505 Nationals Ronstan prizes to help junior training in the sport.
As both David & Robin also sail Sharpies back in Adelaide, it was decided to donate their 505 Nationals Ronstan prize pool to a local Victorian Sharpie haunt, the Black Rock Yacht Club training division.
Rebecca McGann, the Black Rock Yacht Club Office Manager was delighted to receive this unexpected & very generous offering from these champion sailors of some much needed gear for the BRYC training needs.
"This new gear will get great use on our Pacer fleet as part of our junior program, schools training, autistic sailing program and adult learn to sail. Thank you again to David, Robin & Ronstan"
