New Harken Zircon 29 mm Sizes, Plus 40 mm and 57 mm Triples Available Now!

Six new Zircon models in 29 mm sheave sizes, plus triple sheave versions of 40 mm and 57 mm sizes are now available to purchase from Harken UK. Overall, the Zircon block offering has grown from eight models to eighteen.

Since the first tests, Zircon blocks have proven to overcome inertia so easily, trimmers have reacted in fractions of the time and in sheet movements - creating better-matched sail shapes that increases boat speed. The update is that now they're great for more than just sheet control.

The new sizes make Zircon appropriate for control lines in multi-part purchases that react immediately. So when the pressure gets light and sailors want to ease that 24:1 cunningham they've rigged under the deck, it just moves so fluidly.

Remember, Zircon is not an all-purpose block, no block is a perfect match for every application, but Zircon's responsiveness is paying off in boat lengths. Boat lengths that can be the difference between your customers looking down from the podium... and looking up.
