This week on the most widely watched watersports show, we start with the spectacular sight of 193 boats competing at the Bell Lawrie Scottish Series, a gem among sailing regattas. We sail aboard with Shirley Robertson as the competition for Class 1 honours and the overall Bell Lawrie Series Trophy hots up...

Then we're on our wakeboards trying to set a new world record for the longest tail slide. Not easy, as you can see.

And finally, we're flying high with the first rouind from the PKRA world tour in beachttastic Venezuela...
