Train Hard, Fight Easy. Too many sailors rely on racing as their only way of improving and it's a hugely flawed way of trying to make progress.

This week Olympic gold medal winning coach Jon Emmett shares his best training methodologies for using short-sharp training sessions to make the biggest gains in the shortest time.

Jon has even written the book on the subject! So Road To Gold is delighted to get the author of Training To Win on this week's free Zoom call where we'll be tapping up Jon for his best tips for solo sailors and small squads who work self-sufficiently or with a coach.
