Dates and venues have been announced for the first ever RS Tera Traveller Series in the South West. With 7 events running throughout the summer, and well spread through the region, there is something for everyone.

Entries are now open for the first event at Whitefriars Sailing Club on 12th May, and other events will open over the next few weeks.

The series is ideal for sailors in the region, as well as those travelling down on holiday or to visit family. It may be possible to borrow boats at some of the venues.

Younger sailors, and those just starting out particularly welcome. Although it will be competitive at the top of the fleet, the Tera class is very much focused on inclusive fun racing, so do come along and see what all the excitement is about!

There are 7 events, with 4 to count for the Series; however entries for individual events are very welcome. The full program is as follows:

  • Whitefriars SC - 12th May
  • WPNSA - 22-23 June
  • Royal Torbay YC - 28th July
  • Starcross - Junior Regatta 10-13 August
  • Rockfish Junior Dinghy Series, Dartmouth - 24-26 August
  • Fowey Gallants - 15 September
  • Starcross - 12 October

More information about the series visit www.rstera.org.uk/south-west-traveller-series-2024 or the Tera Sailing in the SW Facebook group.
