Its been a spectacular 2025 Caribbean season for A+T boats, which relied on our instruments to help them take top spots across the three main regattas.
In the RORC Caribbean 600 in Antigua, Lucky took Monohull line honours with an elapsed time of 1 day 17 hours 14 minutes 12 seconds. It was the 16th edition of the thrilling race which brings together a world-class fleet and takes in 11 stunning Caribbean islands. Lucky uses our advanced Vertical masthead unit and high performance PCB. Leopard 3 came in second in the 600-mile race with an elapsed time of 1 day, 19 hours, 17 minutes and 1 second. This boat has a full A+T system onboard including our ATPX processor and our super-clear Big Function Displays (BFD) on the mast.
The Antigua Superyacht Challenge saw first, second and third places for Adela, Rebecca and Freya in the Half Round the Island, and Action, Gitana and Hummingbird topped the board for the Full Round the Island race. Adela has a full system onboard with a ATP1 processor and MFD displays, as well as custom items for reading propellor pitch through a mini display and integrating the keel position sensor into the displays. Freya also has a full system with upgraded processor and BFD mast displays.
The Buccaneers class was won by Freya with Hummingbird second, Action and Gitana came top in the Corsairs Class and Adela and Rebecca topped the Privateers. Action and Gitana are both running our ATP1 processors and MFD displays, integrating with other equipment. Many other boats in the Antigua Superyacht Challenge use our superior masthead unit components like bearings and vanes.
Velsheda triumphed in the Class B Gazelles in the St Barths Bucket Regatta. Class C Les Elegantes was won by Hyperion with Adela second, and Hummingbird and Freya placed first and second in Class D Les Petites Dames. In Class F Les Mademoiselles, Whisper came first and Action second, and Rosehearty placed second in Class G Les Grandes Dames. Rosehearty is another boat enjoying a full A+T system, and they installed a new A+T vertical wand for the regatta. Velsheda has a full set of highly visible mast displays. Many other boats in the fleet use our shut off valves, speed and depth sensors. Action received last minute on-site tech support from A+T to optimise their system for the competitive racers onboard.
