by Laurelle Remzi 16 Apr 2015 21:45 BST 6-15 June 2015

Fans of the Isle of Man TT Races will this year have the chance to board the Lord Nelson for a tall ship adventure on the way to one of the most prestigious motorcycle races in the world, courtesy of the Jubilee Sailing Trust.

The Trust, which promotes the integration of people of all physical abilities through life-changing tall ship sailing voyages, is running a ten-day trip from Cardiff to Liverpool, with those on board getting the chance to take in up to four days of the iconic event en route.

The crew will embark on 6th June in Cardiff, arriving into Liverpool on 15th June. The journey will provide TT fans of all physical abilities with a unique way to appreciate the annual event, which boasts a heritage of over 100 years.

Duncan Souster, Chief Executive Officer of the Jubilee Sailing Trust, said: "We are delighted to be taking a voyage to the TT Races; a truly iconic event in the motorsport calendar. This is a great opportunity for fans of the event with a disability, or those looking for an adventure, to gain an experience like no other, taking up the challenge of forming part of the Lord Nelson's crew.

"As well as the personal satisfaction involved in such an adventure, we hope that those on board will enjoy arriving in style at the event, taking in their stunning surroundings along the way."
